Make a video!  If you’re so bold…post it on YouTube.  There’s nothing better than to visualize someone’s passion and hear them articulate a well-defined focus around talent management.

Kudos to Ceil and Scott from Health Net for sharing their talent management story.   By the way, I think I have an idea who their “good consultant” is and the name of the firm if you are interested :-) .
