    Jason – This briefing is great!!! (and I plan on quoting you heavily in the near future)

    The role of the line manager on the process is too often ignored or overshadowed by focus on implementation and a lack of good roll-out. However, with the tools you talk about in here, managers are really very well directed in terms of how to pursue the creation of better employees.
